Available in two basic models, the ECO 135 road tow and the ECO 135TT as a full 360o turntable road tow, the new range has been designed to be cost-effective to build and easier to run and maintain, without any compromise in strength and performance. The range retains many of GreenMech’s industry-proven innovations such as horizontal rollers, no-stress feed system and twin disc-blade chipping technology, combined with a new flywheel design which provides impressive throughput for a machine of its size.

Power is delivered by a powerful, yet economical, 24hp Loncin petrol engine and both models can be up- specced to suit applications and budgets. Options include a variable height discharge chute, spare wheel, stowage box and the GreenMech HushChip pack, which provides additional component protection and reduces noise output. LED lighting can also be specified to replace the filament kit fitted as standard.

TOP FEATURES

360 DEGREE TURNTABLE

No matter what the site restrictions, the entire in-feed and flywheel head can be rotated 360 degrees without moving the wheeled chassis.

NO-STRESS IN-FEED SYSTEM

The electronically controlled No-Stress feed system reverses the feed rollers to relieve the chipper blades, allowing the rotor speed to recover quickly, once again increasing output.

DISC BLADE TECHNOLOGY

The slicing action of the 2 disc blade set-up makes the blades more tolerant to the occasional contaminant in the processor.

FOLDING INFEED CHUTE

Allows for good visibility of the lighting board in transit and gives a shorter overall length for storage.

IN-FEED CHUTE

A generous 850mm x 680mm in-feed hopper which aids bushy brash reduction, coupled with a 150mm x 135mm letterbox-style throat enables heavily forked branches to be fed in easily.

TWIN HORIZONTAL ROLLERS

The twin horizontal hydraulic rollers efficiently crush the material with minimal lateral movement.
